In order for Thankful to reply to customers, you’ll need to provision a seat specifically for Thankful.

You can now integrate Thankful into Intercom in minutes.
Go to Integrations and click “+ Add Helpdesk Integration”. Select “Intercom” from the dropdown and click “Add Integration.”
Click “Connect with Intercom” and you’ll be redirected to Intercom to log into the newly created be@thankful.ai account and authorize Thankful. Authorize the Thankful app, and you’ll be redirected back to the Thankful dashboard.
Click “Notification Endpoints” and “+ New Notification Endpoint,” naming this “Intercom.” Click “Save.”
That’s it! You’ve integrated Thankful with your Intercom instance.
