Integrating Recurly

It’s easy to integrate Thankful with your Recurly instance to automate subscription upgrades, pausing, and cancelations.

First, go to your Recurly dashboard. In the left sidebar, click Integrations -> API Credentials.

In the header, click “Add Private API Key”

Name the key “Thankful”, and fill in the “Application using this key” section, then click “Save Changes”.

Copy the API Key somewhere – we’ll need this later.

Log into your Thankful dashboard and go to https://dashboard.thankful.ai/settings/integrations.

Click the “+ Subscription Integration” link.

Select Recurly and click the “Add Integration” button.

Enter your API key from earlier and your Recurly subdomain. If your Recurly dashboard is at https://my-corp.recurly.com then your subdomain is my-corp. Then click “Save”.

That’s it! Thankful is now integrated with Recurly.
