Thankful easily integrates with Returnly to retrieve return information for customers. To integrate, simply go to the integrations page and click the “+ Add Returns Integration” link. Select “Returnly” from the dropdown and click “Add Integration.”
You’ll need to provide an API key, then click “Save.”
Thankful will now automatically pull in return information through a “Get Order” step.
