Thankful integrates with Loop to retrieve information on customer returns. To integrate, simply go to the integrations page and click the “+ Add Returns Integration” link. Select “Loop Returns” from the dropdown and click “Add Integration.”
You’ll need to provide an API key, then click “Save.”
Thankful will now automatically pull in return information through a “Get Order” step.
